Abhik: What is your favourite aspect of being a Fitness Influencer?
John Teles: Assist people in maintaining their fitness and spreading the word about this incredible sport. Assist people in maintaining their fitness and spreading the word about this incredible sport. As a fitness influencer, I have the opportunity to express my enthusiasm to everyone who would listen. I need to spread the message of self-love, which is why I do what I do and why I’m excited about being involved.
Abhik: How much time do you dedicate to shooting, editing, and essentially planning your Instagram feed and online content?
John Teles: I’ve improved over time and now schedule, shoot and edit my online content for about 2 hours a day. I love being natural and being realistic so that’s what I aim for every time I post.
Abhik: What does a typical day in the life of John Teles look like?
John Teles: I get up, stretch, meditate, drink a cup of black coffee, read a book, and go to the gym. Then I get to work.
Abhik: What is your why?
John Teles: What an excellent query, For me, this is a huge question. I could talk about it for days because it excites me so much. When I decided to become a father, I began caring for myself. I want to be healthy and set a good example.
Abhik: What is one piece of advice you’d give to someone looking to embark on their own fitness journey?
John Teles: It will be difficult at times, and life will get in the way, but never give up. Maintain your consistency.
